Hello people i would like some helps i tranfered the pictures and videos on my camera to my tablet open files guess the video wouldnt show only the sound u would hear and when i unplug the tranferr cable it just deletes all pics and vids help me pls

Do the videos have sound on your camera? Where do the files get deleted? On the tablet or the camera? You have to tap on the screen that you connect the cable for data and files transfer.

Additionally, some camera files might not be compatible with phone or tablet and you might have to download them into a laptop or computer.

Alright. Tbh the the steps should appear on the screen when you connect the data cable. You should find additional information on the website of the brand to which your camera belongs to, or it should have its own software and app to download from Playstore. If you have any problems, you can post them here and we can look for solutions.

You probably need to let the files transfer before unplugging your cable.
