OK, I have tried and tried to find the answer to this myself, but to no avail, all I've been able to find is how to turn on settings which I can't find anywhere in the settings of my device. So, simple question to start, does a Galaxy Tab A (2018, 10.5), model SM-T590, running the as-shipped Android Pie and One UI 1.1, support display mirroring, or casting, to a Roku?

And if 'yes', where on earth is the setting to turn it on?
