Translation:

"It's a complete disgrace that Samsung has us and doesn't want to give us the new update. We Galaxy Tap 9 users are left in shock. Why aren't we getting the Samsung A9 update? Why aren't we getting One UI 8.5? It's truly shameful, Samsung. How can they not respond to us? Honestly, I think I'm done with Samsung and I'm going to switch to Apple. Users like me with the Galaxy Tap A11 do get the update, they get One UI 8.5, and I don't.…"

Calling it a “complete disgrace” is a bit much. The Galaxy Tab A9 was released as a budget tablet and has already been on the market for a few years. Software support is always tied to a device’s release date and support window, and it doesn’t necessarily mean that every model will receive every One UI point release. Samsung already brought One UI 8 to the A9, while eligibility and rollout timing for later updates can vary by model and region. It’s understandable to be disappointed, but comparing an older A9 directly with a newer Tab A11 isn’t really a fair comparison.
