Does anyone have an issue opening Expert RAW? Mine is not working at all. It asks me to update, but when I attempt to update, it says I have the latest version

I have the same issue. I think it will begin to work after the stable release of one UI 9 is downloaded onto the device.

Yes i have the exact same problem i looked it up on google and it should start to work after software update but software is up to date so i dont know what to do friend

We just have to wait for the official stable release which is going to be this week. Stable release is rumoured to be starting today so let's see.

Since Expert RAW is asking for an update even though the latest version is installed, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members app so the issue can be analysed.
