When you disconnect a Bluetooth media device and the volume control side bar still displays a Bluetooth symbol

Not noticed it myself seems to be normal which device causes the issue?

It just when I upgraded to one ui9 beta it has been stuck like this

That is what I mean when I turn off Bluetooth there's nothing when Bluetooth is on that shows and when let's say my buds 3 are connected it just displays speakers

"Warning before using this operation will unpair your Bluetooth devices and lose your WiFi saves and settings" proceed at your own risk resetting wifi and Bluetooth settings should fix it. Go to settings/ general management/ reset/ reset wifi and Bluetooth settings. That should fix the issue
