I'm trying to get VIP on smule Kareoke and I do it through PayPal but everytime I do it says something went wrong and I can't take a picture because it says this action is blocked

You need to get a friend to take a pic of the screen with the fault on it. Which they send to you and you can show paypal.

Will paypal send stuff to my house or do they send stuff via email.

They'll help you out via email phone or other contact information in your paypal (or the way you send it from, its most commonly email) and they will help you out
