I am getting a 'problem loading page' message when I try to download smartswitch to my windows PC using the link on this page https://www.samsung.com/uk/getting-started/smart-switch/ . I've tried a few times to no avail.

Tried Chrome (instead of Firefox) & it downloaded OK ; hopefully it will install & work too (on my Win 10 PC with latest OS version). Many thanks Tess !

I CANNOT restore just 1 app from the backup!!!!!!!

WHY do I need to restore ALL 2GB of apps when I ONLY need 1 restoring?

Yep I agree! Smartswitch utterly useless. I have tried all methods suggested on the internet for transferring data, such as downloading to PC, switching wirelessly and so on. None of them work. Downloading to my laptop resulted in partial transfer but only 2 of my 100+ contacts moved across. Smartswitch won't even download to my Samsung phones. Yes that's right - Samsung SmartSwitch won't download to my Samsung phones! When I changed phones about 5 years ago it was all so much easier..... the technology has got pointlessly complex. Pass me a sledgehammer...
