Delay/Lag when pulling down the quick settings

The quick settings animation has been broken since OneUI 6. It lags whenever the phone enters in landscape mode or immersive mode, and will lag if you're playing a game/watching a video. The example on this reddit thread is from a Galaxy S24U, but will happen on any smartphone with One Ui 7. It seems to me that the system doesn't cache the animation has to do a cold start when the phone rotates

Not a universal experience, sadly to some being affected. What troubleshooting have you done? Maybe then give the opportunity to give some suggestions
